Duke E-6-CBSS Description
Equipped with individual thermostatic controls, the Duke E-6-CBSS Thurmaduke™ electric hot food table assigns separate heat adjustment to each cavity for adaptable holding. An undershelf organizes trays and utensils, while the 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet stabilize the base on angled or textured flooring to avoid accidental shifting. Constructed of 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel, the non-porous surface resists water absorption through frequent wipe-downs.
The Duke E-6-CBSS table measures 88 inches long by 25 1⁄2 inches wide by 36 inches high to fit into slim equipment lineups. Engineered for wet operation, its six insulated, sealed wells surround pans with heated water for gentle warming. To minimize cleanup time, the six drains connect to copper manifolds with a brass valve, ensuring rapid water expulsion.
