Duke E-6-CBSS Description
The Duke E-6-CBSS Thurmaduke™ electric hot food table integrates an undershelf for immediate access to high-turnover prep supplies during active service. Above the base, its 88-inch-long by 25 1⁄2-inch-wide by 36-inch-high body contains six sealed wet wells with thick insulation that boosts heat retention over time. Thermostatic controls facilitate straightforward temperature modification as menu items change.
Balanced on 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet, the Duke E-6-CBSS table rises and lowers to align with adjacent equipment. The copper manifolds with a brass valve collect spent water from the six drains and channel it out of the cavities for fast cleaning. Combining 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel construction, this unit prevents wear and tear from constant handling.
