Duke E-5-DLSS Description
Built with 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel construction, the Duke E-5-DLSS Thurmaduke™ electric hot food table features an 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board that inhibits rusting from food acids and liquids. Wet operation offers indirect heat delivery, preserving product texture while avoiding overcooking. Fitted with a dish shelf and an undershelf, it separates equipment storage from the heating zone to keep the surface clear.
The Duke E-5-DLSS table includes five insulated, sealed wells with individual thermostatic controls for flexible temperature management across different food items. Capped with adjustable feet, 6-inch polished legs anchor the 74-inch-long by 34-inch-wide by 36-inch-high structure to prevent wobbling. Promoting smooth water removal, the five drains channel liquid into copper manifolds with a brass valve.
