Duke E-5-DLSS Description
The Duke E-5-DLSS Thurmaduke™ electric hot food table measures 74 inches long by 34 inches wide by 36 inches high, delivering a broad five-well serving surface with handy storage underneath. Crafted with a sealed design, the insulated wet wells form deep hot water baths for uniform heating, while individual thermostats modify each cavity to suit various dishes. The unit's copper manifolds with a brass valve pair with five drains for controlled emptying between shifts or during pan changes.
To divide active service items from reserve supplies, the Duke E-5-DLSS table arranges dinnerware and additional pans across a dish shelf and an undershelf. An 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board offers a continuous platform for slicing, carving, and assembly. Made of 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel, this corrosion-resistant unit sits on 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet that bring it to a comfortable working height.
