Duke E-3-DLSS Description
The Duke E-3-DLSS hot food table has three 6 1⁄2-inch-deep sealed wells with drains for holding full-size food pans. Fully insulated compartments help retain heat around prepared foods, while wet or dry operation lets staff choose the holding method that best suits each menu item. Its 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel top withstands repeated service, and the integral carving/work surface provides room for preparation and portioning beside the wells. The Duke E-3-DLSS hot food table has a heavy-gauge stainless steel dish shelf that houses the thermostatic control knobs and master switch. The one-piece shelf creates a durable surface for holding dishes during service, while wire knob guards help protect the controls from unintended contact. The master switch and indicator light give staff a centralized way to operate the unit and confirm its operating status.
