Duke E-3-DLSS Description
The Duke E-3-DLSS hot food table has a 16-gauge stainless steel top with three die-stamped openings for full-size food pans. Each opening measures 11 7⁄8 inches by 19 7⁄8 inches and leads to a 6 1⁄2-inch-deep sealed well with a drain. Fully insulated wells help retain heat around prepared foods, while wet or dry operation lets staff choose the holding method suited to each menu item. The 46-inch-wide design also includes an integral carving/work surface for portioning food alongside the wells.
The Duke E-3-DLSS hot food table has a full bottom shelf that keeps supplies within reach beneath the holding compartments. Its 6-inch polished stainless steel adjustable legs support the cabinet above the floor and enable staff to level the unit during installation. This adjustability helps stabilize the table on uneven flooring, while the stainless steel construction withstands repeated use.
