- Each of the 3 openings can hold a full-size pan or the fractional equivalent
- Each compartment has an independent infinite switch and its own 750-watt element
- Each 6 1⁄2 in. deep well has its own drain valve for easy emptying when used with water
- Stainless steel construction makes body, undershelf, and tubular legs durable and easy to clean
- Full-length plastic carving board is supported by a stainless steel shelf
- Plastic feet are adjustable make level installation possible on uneven surfaces
- 240V/60 Hz/1-ph, 2250 W, 9.4 A, cord and NEMA 6-20 plug
