Duke E303SW Description
The Duke E303SW Aerohot™ steam table has three 61⁄2-inch-deep wells that accommodate full-size steam pans. These wells are sealed, so they can be used without spillage pans. To cook different foods at once, each well is controlled with separate heat dials, while a drain and valve empty water from each well at the end of the day, streamlining cleanup.
Mounted on adjustable feet, this unit is stable on uneven floors, and it has an undershelf that can hold supplies and is accessible from all sides. The Duke E303SW steam table is made of durable stainless steel, and although this material is resistant to rust, food should be kept off its surface. Instead, food can be prepared or plated on the poly cutting board that runs along the top. This board is propped up by a support shelf, so it can handle heavy use.
