Duke 304 Description
The Duke 304 Aerohot steam table has four 12-inch by 20-inch openings, so it can accommodate four full-size pans or smaller fractional pans. Each heating compartment is 8 inches deep and has insulation on all four sides and the bottom in order to keep heat around the food. These compartments have separate burners and radiation plates, and the burners are individually controlled by adjustable valves.
A 7-inch-wide carving board spans the length of this Duke 304 Aerohot steam table that is perfect for cutting meat and preparing plates before serving guests. A stainless steel support shelf with brackets reinforces the carving board. Constructed of stainless steel, the table withstands high-volume use and facilitates cleaning. It has an undershelf for equipment and supplies storage. To keep the unit stable, plastic feet on the tubular legs adjust on uneven floors.
