Magikitch'n MKE-48-E Description
The Magikitch'n MKE-48-E electric griddle is constructed of stainless steel and features a 47 3⁄4-inch cooking surface, two 3-inch side walls, and a reinforced backsplash made of stainless steel. Combined with its 4-inch legs, these features are ideal for placement on chef bases and equipment stands. Its size is ideal for high-volume breakfast and burger service in diners and bars. The overall dimensions of the unit are 48 inches wide by 31 14⁄25 inches deep by 25 3⁄10 inches high.
The four electric heating elements in the Magikitch'n MKE-48-E commercial griddle are controlled with four nobs, each with their own on/off switch. A 3 1⁄2-inch grease trough runs between the plate and the front panel for simple cleaning. The oil and debris collect in a 3 3⁄4-gallon box that can be removed for emptying. Don't allow the box to reach the maximum capacity as it will be difficult to move without creating a mess.
