Magikitch'n MKE-48-E Description
Composed of stainless steel, the Magikitch'n MKE-48-E electric griddle’s 48-inch-wide body and 4-inch removable legs are ideal for equipment stands and chef bases. The 1-inch-thick griddle plate prepares the unit for heavy use as it can be repeatedly heated without warping or showing signs of damage. Operators can scrape the plate after each batch to prevent stuck on messes.
The four heating elements below the Magikitch'n MKE-48-E commercial griddle’s plate are controlled with thermostatic dials and their respective on/off switches, which enable large batches of food to be cooked at a time. The side walls measure 3 inches to help contain splatter and a 3 1⁄2-inch grease trough runs along the front of the unit. A clearance of 6 inches along the rear and 2 inches at the sides is recommended when placing the griddle.
