Magikitch'n MKE-48-E Description
The Magikitch’n MKE-48-E griddle has one burner spaced every 6 inches to create even heat distribution. There is one thermostatic control for every two burners, enabling the operator to prepare different product types at once. With its 1-inch-thick stainless steel plate, heating up and cooling down will not affect the metal. Temperature probes are directly embedded into the plate for accurate and quick use. The controls adjust the temperature from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
This griddle has reinforced, double-walled sides for strength, and the back of the cabinet can be removed for cleanup. Since it has removable legs and a solid base panel, the Magikitch’n MKE-48-E griddle can be flush mounted. Its tapered backsplash prevents food and liquid from splashing onto other equipment. Excess food grease is sent to the front trough through the grease chute to the grease box. The grease box collects debris and holds a maximum of 3 3⁄4 gallons, so it can be emptied as needed.
