Vulcan VC55ED Description

To cook many foods simultaneously, the Vulcan VC55ED double-deck electric convection oven includes two oven levels and five nickel-plated oven racks per section. Each oven has porcelain enamel to streamline cleaning, and their interiors measure 29 inches wide by 2218 inches deep by 20 inches high. Heated with electric, solid-sheath elements, each oven is furnished with a two-speed, 12-horsepower oven blower-motor. By using the dial controls, operators can adjust the temperatures from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit for desired results; temperature readouts are available on a digital display. This oven has a 5-hour timer with an audible alarm to prevent undercooking or burning.

To decrease temperature quickly in the Vulcan VC55ED electric convection oven, operators can flip the oven cool-down switch for fast cooling. Users also can manage operations with on-board diagnostics to ensure the unit works properly over time. Measuring 401/10 inches wide by 40 inches deep by 683/5 inches high, overall, this unit is supported by 8-inch stainless steel legs for stability. Its front, sides, top, and legs are made of stainless steel; non-sagging insulation is integrated into the top, rear, sides, doors, and bottom. For direct access to product, each of its four doors open separately, and they're equipped with double-pane windows for a good view into the oven sections.
