Vulcan VC44EC Description
Heated by electric, solid-sheath elements, the Vulcan VC44EC double-deck electric convection oven features five nickel-plated oven racks. Each rack has 11 rack guide positions per section to support commercial loads. A two-speed, 1⁄2-horsepower oven blower-motor is integrated into each section for even heating; users can adjust temperatures via computer controls with digital time and temperature readouts. A roast-and-hold cycle and 100 programmable menu selections support versatile cooking methods. At the end of use, an oven cool-down switch enables users to cool the unit rapidly for cleaning.
The Vulcan VC44EC electric convection oven endures common wear from high-volume use with its resilient stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs. The top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors also are insulated with a material that prevents sagging to retain heat for back-to-back use. Inside the ovens, their porcelain enamel is smooth and easy to clean, and two interior lights per section enable users to monitor the cooking progress. Each stainless steel door is operated independently, reducing heat loss, as all four doors don't need to be opened at the same time. Overall, this unit measures 40 inches wide by 42.25 inches deep by 70 inches high.
