Designed with three solid-top burners, the Vulcan V336HB gas range supports continuous, high-output cooking in heavy-use environments. This 36-inch-wide unit is outfitted with hot tops that generate 90,000 BTU collectively, offering steady, even heating for simmering and boiling large batches. Each cast iron section retains heat across its surface to reduce temperature fluctuation and improve consistency. Made of stainless steel, the range resists corrosion and physical damage, holding up under daily use.
The Vulcan V336HB heavy-duty range features a stainless steel cabinet base with a removable shelf, offering convenient storage below the cooking surface. Individual pilots and burner controls provide flexibility for zone cooking, while the 1 1⁄4-inch front gas manifold and capped rear connection streamline installation. Adjustable 6-inch legs help stabilize the unit on uneven floors, and a 4-inch stub riser shields nearby surfaces from radiant heat.
