Designed to meet the needs of high-volume kitchens, the Vulcan V2P36 gas range top uses natural gas to maintain steady performance through long shifts. Its dual plancha setup features polished steel plates, giving staff independent zones for direct-heat tasks like browning, finishing, and pan searing. This unit supports consistent production where precise surface heat is essential.
The Vulcan V2P36 gas range with planchas is constructed of stainless steel to support repeated use in demanding operations. Each 17,500 BTU burner is matched with individual pilot and burner controls to help regulate surface temperature. A three-sided grease trough promotes faster cleanup between shifts, and the modular frame and flanged feet ease installation in custom cooklines.
