The Vulcan V2P36 gas range top delivers flexible cooking capabilities with two dedicated plancha sections—each powered by a 17,500 BTU burner. These flat, polished steel surfaces offer consistent heat transfer for searing, sauteing, and finishing dishes directly on the plate. Its modular design allows integration into custom suite setups, making it well-suited for kitchens with specialized line configurations.
Made with stainless steel across the front, sides, burner box, and stub back, the Vulcan V2P36 gas range withstands regular cleaning and long-term use. Individual burner controls support precise temperature management, while the built-in three-sided grease trough keeps surfaces cleaner during operation. The liquid propane setup provides installation flexibility in facilities without access to natural gas lines.
