Vulcan V2BG24 Description
The Vulcan V2BG24 V-series heavy-duty gas range's front, top ledge, burner box, base, stub back, and sides are constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. For versatility, it features a dual-range top with two open cast burners and two griddle burners, each of which have independent pilots and dials. To simplify cleaning, the cast iron grates are removable and the 4-inch stub riser and crumb tray are constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel. Ideal for pan-frying, boiling, and grilling, this unit has an 11-inch by 17-inch front grate and a 14-inch by 17-inch rear grate alongside a manual, ground steel griddle plate measuring 24 inches long by 3⁄4 of an inch thick.
For adaptability, the Vulcan V2BG24C range has a modular base that can accommodate an appropriately sized cabinet, oven, or refrigerator after installation. To level the unit on uneven flooring, it's mounted on 4-inch legs with flanged feet, and because it operates using LP gas, it requires a 1⁄4-inch-diameter front gas manifold and 11⁄4-inch rear gas connection. This unit measures 36 inches wide by 417/8 inches deep by 401⁄2 inches high overall.
