Each open-top burner operates at 35,000 BTUs for high-efficiency heating with individual pilots that regulate ignition, and operators can utilize its knob controls for straightforward function.
For additional storage for excess cookware, this Vulcan V2BG18B restaurant range comes installed with a cabinet base for holding saucepans, stockpots, and skillets. Overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 417/8 inches deep by 401/2 inches high. Its front top ledge, sides, and base are constructed of stainless steel to maintain product longevity. A front gas manifold is integrated into the range, enabling operators to bank the range with other pieces of equipment.
