Vulcan V2BG18B Description
The Vulcan V2BG18B commercial gas range offers useful versatility in high-traffic restaurants and eateries because it features two 35,000-BTU open-top burners and one 18-inch griddle. Great for cooking chicken, steak, and fish on its griddle or preparing stews on its burners, this unit adapts to different culinary needs. To promote safe operation, it includes a burner box and 4-inch-tall stub back.
Part of the V series, the Vulcan V2BG18B commercial range is mostly made of stainless steel—a durable material that supports heavy use without a high risk of corrosion.
