Vulcan V2B18 Description
As part of the V series, the Vulcan V2B18 gas range promotes a spacious work area for operators. This unit comes with two burners that output 35,000 BTUs. Each burner utilizes individual pilots for consistent heating and can be controlled with its included knobs. These burners come with cast iron grates to accommodate stock pots and pans for stir frying, sauteing, or stewing simultaneously. To promote safe operation, this unit includes 1 1⁄4-inch-diameter front gas manifold for attachment to other equipment and a 1 1⁄4-inch rear gas connection.
Because the Vulcan V2B18 commercial gas range is modular, it boasts interchangeable installation on counters and equipment stands by utilizing 4-inch flanged feet. Furthermore, it includes a front top ledge for convenient plating or for extra room for adjusting cookware. Its front, sides, base, burner box, and 4-inch-tall stub back offer product longevity because its stainless steel construction is corrosion resistant and durable.
