Vulcan V2B18 Description
To promote efficiency in high-traffic eateries, the Vulcan V2B18L gas range features two burners with cast iron grates. For accommodating pots and pans that range in size, these grates measure 17 3⁄8 inches wide by 11 5⁄16 inches deep at the front and 17 3⁄8 inches wide by 14 inches deep at the rear. Because their different measurements allow for flexible application, operators can stir fry on one burner while preparing sauces or stews on the other burner simultaneously.
The Vulcan commercial range measures 18 inches wide by 36 3⁄4 inches deep by 17 15⁄16 inches high. Its front, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are stainless steel constructed and promote product longevity with corrosion resistance and durability. This unit provides modularity from top to bottom and side to side for interchangeable placement on a range of bases. Because it stands on 4-inch flanged feet, it offers secure and stable installation.
