Vulcan K40EL Description
Supported by a tri-leg base, the Vulcan K40EL KEL stationary kettle holds its 40-gallon vessel in a fixed cooking position for steady production. Its two-thirds jacket offers dependable heat transfer, while a faucet bracket places a water source near the unit to simplify filling and recipe adjustments. Constructed of stainless steel, the 37 7⁄10-inch-wide by 35 1⁄4-inch-deep by 37 1⁄10-inch-high build handles constant high-heat exposure and incorporates embossed gallon and liter markings for checking batch volume.
The Vulcan K40EL kettle has a rounded ellipsoidal bottom that reduces dead zones during stirring and discharge. Equipped with a condensate ring, the cover guides moisture into the cavity to minimize mess, while its spring-assist design enables quick loading and closure. A 2-inch compression draw-off valve with a perforated strainer catches large solids for concentrated product release.
