Vulcan K40EL Description
Vulcan's K40EL 2403 electric kettle features a spring-assisted cover and a drop-down handle for easily opening and closing the equipment. The kettle is built for safety with its low-water cutoff, pressure relief valve, and waterproof casing. The steam-jacketed kettle features easy-to-understand controls with a solid-state temperature dial and a pressure gauge.
