Vulcan K40EL Description
The Vulcan K40EL electric stationary kettle's 40-gallon true working capacity accommodates large-scale food preparation, while the ellipsoidal bottom enhances thermal efficiency. A spring-assist hinged stainless steel cover with a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle helps retain heat and moisture. This kettle features a stainless steel enclosure that houses water-resistant controls, including a power switch, solid state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, and pressure relief valve. A 2-inch compression tangent drawoff valve with a perforated strainer facilitates smooth product flow, while embossed gallon and liter markings provide easy measurement. The tubular legs with flanged feet provide stability.
