Vulcan ABC7E-480 Description
Engineered for reliability, the Vulcan ABC7E-480 combi oven is constructed of fully insulated stainless steel to enhance durability and thermal efficiency. Its safety features include a cool-touch, heat-reflective tempered glass door, a flashing door light, and an audible alarm system. The halogen-lit interior improves visibility, and the included four stainless steel grab-n-go racks provide versatile holding capacity. Diagnostics can be accessed through the controls or USB port. This unit requires hardwired installation and doesn't include a stand.
The Vulcan ABC7E-480 full-size combi oven is a robust, high-performance unit designed to accommodate seven 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans or (14) 12-inch by 20-inch hotel pans, making it ideal for high-capacity cooking. Its boilerless design supports multiple cooking applications, such as baking, steaming, roasting, air-frying, and proofing. An auto-reversing fan ensures consistent heat distribution, while three knob controls with LED displays allow operators to adjust temperature, timer, and humidity with precision.
