Vulcan 60SC-4B36GT Description
The Vulcan 60SC-4B36GT gas range is powered by propane and has four 30,000 BTU burners. Each of the burners has a lift-off head so crumbs can be cleaned up that have fallen underneath. With a shrouded flash tube pilot system, there is one pilot for every two burners to reduce gas use. To prevent injury, the burner knobs stay cool to the touch. The front grates lift off easily, while the rear grates are large enough to hold large pans and stock pots. Under each grate, the aeration bowl directs heat toward the pots and pans and adds structure to the grates' fingers.
Cooking eggs and pancakes is simple thanks to the 36-inch griddle plate. There is a 4-inch-wide grease trough and a crumb tray to make the unit easy to clean. In the base of the Vulcan 60SC-4B36GT gas range there is a standard oven and convection oven. Each oven interior has two racks and two rack guides that adjust to four positions, allowing for versatile cooking options. The oven temperature adjusts from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and has a low temperature setting for delicate products.
