Vulcan 36C-6B Description
Equipped with six open-top burners and a convection oven, the Vulcan 36C-6BP Endurance™ gas restaurant range enables chefs to saute, fry, and bake foods simultaneously to accommodate busy restaurants. One pilot light accommodates two burners, and each pilot features a shrouded flash-tube ignition system that prevents energy loss and reduces gas usage. Operators can adjust burners using the burner knobs, which remain cool to the touch throughout heating to reduce injury risks. Heavy-duty cast grates measuring 12 inches by 121⁄2 inches are built atop the three front burners, while 12-inch by 141⁄2-inch grates integrated on the back burners accommodate large pots and pans. The grates' built-in aeration bowls improve heat circulation, and to simplify cleaning, the grates can be removed.
The Vulcan 36C-6BP restaurant range's convection oven uses a fan to circulate heat around product, expediting baking. With its 263⁄8-inch width by 24-inch depth by 137⁄8-inch height, this oven's interior accommodates a full-size sheet pan in a side-to-side configuration, while its two oven racks can be situated in four rack positions on the rack guides. To access the oven's interior with ease, its heavy-duty door features an integrated spring mechanism. Users can modify temperatures from 250 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit using its thermostat.
Constructed of stainless steel with a fully welded MIG frame, this restaurant range resists rust and corrosion while withstanding high-volume use. Operators can clean the range thoroughly by removing the extra-deep pull-out crumb tray, and the oven's porcelain bottom and door panel are simple to wipe clean. To prevent rocking or wobbling on irregular surfaces, this 36-inch-wide by 34-inch-deep by 58-inch-high unit is furnished with 6-inch adjustable legs.
