Traulsen G20010 Description
The Traulsen G20010 two-section reach-in refrigerator is designed to operate at temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which the operator can set for specific operations. The microprocessor control supports temperature changes and shows the level on the LED display, which can be set to operate in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The refrigeration system is top mounted with the evaporator located outside the food zone, saving space for food storage.
Inside the Traulsen G20010 reach-in refrigerator, six epoxy-coated shelves hold stored items. Because a guard is integrated into the interior, product cannot be placed too close to the walls, preventing it from disrupting airflow. Product is visible under LED lighting so employees can find what they need, and the doors stay open at a 120-degree angle for convenient product loading and cabinet cleaning. Gaskets with a durable, quick-cleaning design seal in cold air, and polyurethane insulation provides cold-air retention while increasing the cabinet's structural stability.

Good fridge.
We had to purchase a replacement fridge for the Continental that went out after 20+ years. KaTom was very helpful with understanding which options were available, which would get delivered the quickest and what the differences were between fridges that were similar in nature. We have been using the Traulsen for only two weeks, but so far everything is going well with it. If I had to say anything constructive, I would add that there are only 4 shelves and our old fridge had 5. I think it will be okay, but we may have to look into purchasing an additional shelf, if they are available. The delivery was not great. I ordered it and was told it would be delivered on June 3rd. Then it was moved to June 7th. then it was changed to the 13th. It finally was delivered, but the delivery driver said he didn't want to use his lift gate (even though we PAID $49 for life gate service) and he told me I had to find a forklift...WHERE do I just go FIND a forklift?!
So far so good, it's been 2 months or so
The refrigerator is spacious on the inside, cools well and looks very nice on the outside. It's been 2 months and no complaints thus far. The electricity did raise over $20 so far which I guess is to be expected.
Condensation around the doors, hinges rattle
Ordered a new Traulsen after old one x 13 years stopped cooling. New one looks the same amd is a tiny bit taller. Condensation is forming around the doors and the hinges on the R hand door are loose making noise... bummer
Great Product, Great Price
Our old Traulsen (30 yrs old) finally died and our club began searching for a replacement. This one is the same size as old one and was cheaper to get than going local, especially when you throw in free shipping. We're now looking at Katom for some of our other needs. Real easy to work with!
