Vollrath VCBF128-37 Description
The Vollrath VCBF128-37 frozen drink machine uses a reliable magnetic drive system that's easy to maintain. Depending on the type of product being served, the unit features a granita mode with consistency control or frozen beverage mode with temperature control. Each of the 2.64-gallon-capacity bowls has individual controls with on/off switches, and they are illuminated with lights that draw customers' attention.
The large compressor in the Vollrath VCBF128-37 frozen beverage machine promotes efficiency and reduces freeze time. To facilitate cleaning, the bowl's spigots are designed with no gaskets. So it can fit on the countertop while taking up minimal space, the unit measures 15 1⁄2 inches wide by 19 1⁄2 inches deep by 27 inches high. It cools with environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant.
