Vollrath SO2-24010.5 Description
Because the Vollrath SO2-24010.5 countertop sandwich oven is constructed of aluminized and stainless steel, it provides long-term durability and corrosion resistance for high-volume kitchens. It utilizes forced convection for uniform cooking and features insulated wires to reduce the risk of dry rotting and cracking. Ideal for use in compact kitchens, this ventless unit is ideal for kitchens that cannot accommodate ventilation hoods. It can be used to heat sandwiches, toast hoagies, and melt cheese.
Intended for countertop placement, the Vollrath SO2-24010.5 conveyor oven measures 40 7⁄8 inches wide by 16 1⁄8 inches deep by 12 1⁄2 inches high. To lengthen its service life in high-volume environments, it features quartz heating elements and a stainless steel drive chain. This unit is designed with an extended front and rear conveyor and an adjustable product opening to ease loading and retrieval.
