Vollrath SO2-20810.5 Description
The Vollrath SO2-20810.5 conveyor oven is excellent for small sandwich restaurants or pizzerias where customer traffic is low. It operates without a vent, which means the user can put it anywhere in the kitchen. Variable controls modify top and bottom heat as well as the belt speed to ensure product gets a golden bake. The oven’s fast-action quartz heaters are efficient and work quickly to finish off food. If operators need to expand production, this model can be stacked.
