Vollrath 72788 (3) 7 1/4 qt Countertop Soup Warmer w/ Thermostatic Controls, 120v

Liquid toppings can be quickly warmed with the Vollrath 72788 Cayenne® Heat 'N Serve rectangular rethermalizer. Its stainless steel exterior is convenient to wash and keeps heat focused in the wells to prevent burns when accidentally touched. Equipped with two 800-watt heating elements, this warmer spreads heat out evenly and quickly warms contents, while its thermoset resin well is resistant to scale buildup, streamlining cleanup. The aluminum dome heating element is in direct contact with the water bath, accelerating the heat transfer process and preheat times. Mounted on the warmer's short edge, a control dial enables straightforward operation and is recessed so the unit can be positioned front to back and take up little counter space. This model includes three round stainless steel insets, three hinged covers, and three one-piece ladles.
