Vollrath 72001 Description
The Vollrath 72001 drop-in hot food well is made of sturdy stainless steel that resists rusting and bending, even with heavy use. On the front of the unit, a manual thermostat control dial offers 10 heat levels, ranging from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This food warmer can be used wet, dry, or as a stand-alone countertop warmer.
Because it's legless, the Vollrath 72001 hot food well enhances stability and resists tipping when used as a stand-alone food warmer. It accommodates a full-size pan and its capillary tube thermostat control regulates power use to maintain the desired holding temperature while conserving energy. Positioning pins secure the unit in place and the self-contained heating system means this warmer is effective without any electrical wiring or plumbing alterations.
