The Vollrath 71500 Cayenne® 2-bulb heat lamp has white 5,000-hour bulbs and a one-piece cantilever hood that improves the heat pattern. This hood adjusts 8 inches vertically from a lamp height of 12¹⁄₂ inches to 20 ¹⁄₂ inches. This unit has a chrome-plated tubular support frame and accommodates 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. Its chrome-plated legs and uprights are durable and bend resistant, and the 5-foot cord and plug includes an on/off switch for straightforward operation.
