Winco ESW-66 Description
To keep products warm without overcooking them, the Winco ESW-66 countertop soup warmer has a dial control that enables users to adjust its heat level. The unit holds as much as 10 quarts of soup, and it can be safely touched and held because of its cool-to-the-touch, double-wall construction. A magnetic label holder displays the warmer's contents to employees and customers in buffets and catering applications.

Have worked well for a couple years but...
This weekend one of them will not turn down. The water in the crock boils no matter where we turn the dial. I don't see a way of fixing that so will have to purchase another one. It did give us a few years though so not bad. Don't put the black rings through a commercial dishwasher. The heat buckled them and took some paint off the edges.
I would not buy another one
I bought 4 of these for our food trucks and while so far 2 of them are holding up but the other 2 the inserts cracked and won't hold any soup. We don't use these everyday either only on soup days.
I'm purchasing 2 more this week!
