The Vollrath 72107 drop-in hot food well is designed with a wide lip to catch moisture and drain it back into the well, reducing messes from dripping. It has remote controls and an illuminated on/off switch. This unit's aluminum dome element ensures even heating, while its direct-contact system provides fast, efficient energy transfer.

The self-insulated well of the Vollrath 72107 drop-in warmer is fiber reinforced for additional durability. It resists scale buildup and can be wiped clean, and to further streamline cleaning, the unit is fitted with a drain.
