Vollrath 72009 11 qt Countertop Soup Warmer w/ Thermostatic Controls, 120v

Designed to heat cooked food, the Vollrath 72009 Cayenne® 11-quart countertop soup warmer can bring chilled contents from 40 degrees to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in less than 90 minutes. A low-water indicator light ensures that operators maintain proper water levels to keep the unit operating properly. This product has a fiber-reinforced, self-insulating resin well that provides maximum energy efficiency and uses as much as 25 percent less energy than similar products. Although stirring frequently helps to maintain temperatures, this soup warmer's heating element is made of cast-in, nonstick aluminum. Its stainless steel exterior prevents the outside of the warmer from getting hot.

The Vollrath 72009 soup warmer includes nonskid feet for stability and a 6-foot adaptable power cord. Its special heating system positions the heating element in direct contact with the water for an efficient heat transfer, and protruding borders around the controls reduce the likelihood of accidental temperature changes. This unit works best when used with the included inset and cover.
