To advertise product and grab customer attention, Country Kitchen graphics encase its exterior, featuring a photo of various soups, vegetables, and bread. A bold "Fresh Soup" text merchandises its contents. Operators can use the included flush-mounted menu board to identify soup options, and as the menu changes, this board can be flipped to show its reverse side. Because it includes the 7-quart accessory pack, it accommodates two soups in its two 7-quart insets, which include hinged covers and 3-ounce Kool-Touch® ladles.

Operators can adjust temperatures with the recessed controls, and the capillary-tube thermostat only supplies temperature and power when needed to save energy. To preserve heat, its thermoset fiber-reinforced resin well self-insulates. To maintain temperatures of at least 150 degrees Fahrenheit, employees can close the insets' covers, add water to the well when the low-water indicator light illuminates, and stir product regularly.
