The Server 82066 round food warmer base is constructed of stainless steel with a polished finish. An adjustable pre-calibrated thermostat controls the heating element to maximize your cooking experience. Temperature settings on the round food warmer base are marked on thermostat knob with a range from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The water-fill line on the interior helps prevent overfilling, making cleaning up easy, and the Server 82066 stainless steel water-bath warmer accepts a 3-quart stainless steel jar, which is not included.
