The wide, dripless lid on the Vollrath 72023 food warmer snugly fits around food pans and insets and drains moisture back into the well, preventing counter messes. A 6-foot power cord exits through the bottom and can adapt to the receptacle location, enabling 360-degree control placement. The interior is made of cast-in, nonstick aluminum to support cleanup and lengthen the unit's lifespan.
