The Vollrath 48227 four-tine salad fork's Brocade pattern uses an elegant handle trim and a mirror finish to enhance its presentation alongside classic dinnerware. More economical than 18/10 and 18/8 stainless steel flatware, this fork is 18/0 stainless steel, which consists of 18 percent chrome and no nickel.
