Salad Fork

Broader and shorter than a dinner fork, a salad fork is designed to tackle the veins of lettuce and broad vegetables. If you're setting the table "American style," this fork goes to the outside, but if you'll be serving the salad last ("Continental style"), it will be the fork closest to the plate.
