Vollrath 48223 Description

By using an elegant, beaded trim, the Vollrath 48223 dessert spoon's Brocade pattern adds a timeless look to simple or decorative table tops. Its mirror-finished handle gleams reflectively on set tables, while its 18/0 stainless steel construction withstands daily use in casual eateries. Because it lacks nickel, this metal is more prone to rusting than 18/8 or 18/10 flatware, though it's less expensive to replace. For use with desserts served in bowls, this 7 3⁄8-inch-long piece has a hefty feel.

  • 18/0 stainless steel construction (18 percent chrome, 0 percent nickel)
  • Brocade pattern
  • Elegant, beaded border
  • Heavyweight construction
  • Mirror finish
  • 7 3⁄8-in. length
