The Vollrath 4791640 VersaGrip® utility tongs have a one-piece stainless steel construction that is corrosion resistant and quick cleaning. Flat ends with gripper teeth aid in picking up product, and the handle is coated in red plastic for HACCP color-coding. Users are protected from burns since the handle can be used in temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
