The Vollrath 4791670 VersaGrip® utility tongs have a green plastic-coated handle that can be used in color-coded applications and in temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit. An antimicrobial agent is built into the handle to prevent bacteria growth. Made of a single piece of stainless steel, this utensil will not bend or harbor harmful microbes.
