Vollrath 47752 Description
The Vollrath 47752 Intrigue® stainless steel frying pan works well with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes, lemon juice, or vinegar because it doesn't react and leave a metallic taste in the food. Its ergonomic, hollow handle is comfortable to grip and reduces heat transfer to the user's hand. The stainless steel- and aluminum-clad bottom spreads heat evenly, resists warping, and doesn't harbor stuck-on food residue.
