Vollrath 3411 Description
Measuring 1⁄4 inch thick, the Vollrath 3411 Centurion® induction fry pan’s bottom is aluminum clad to ensure fast, even heat distribution. Made of brushed stainless steel, this 11-inch-diameter pan resists pitting and discoloration to withstand long-term use, and it features a nonstick coating to streamline cleaning. Its handle is welded in place for permanence, but because it’s not insulated, it may be hot to the touch during use. Ideal for frying bacon, eggs, and meat, it measures 2 1⁄4 inches high to prevent oil from splattering onto the user.
