Its ¹/₁₆-inch-thick stainless steel body heats up quickly and withstands gas, electric, induction, and convection cooking surfaces; its aluminum-clad bottom helps distribute uniform heat. The satin interior withstands hard scrubbing and regular cleaning while maintaining a smooth finish. Enduring consistent stirring and cleaning, the edges have a double-rimmed construction for increased durability. Looped, welded handles integrated on its sides provide a secure grip for users during pouring applications. These handles help the pot hang from a storage hook.
