Vollrath 3109 Description
Because it holds 38 quarts of product, the Vollrath 3109 stock pot can be used to cook lobster, large amounts of vegetables, and soup to serve a variety of people. Its 18-10 stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to the corrosion, denting, and scratching that comes with heavy use. Stainless steel is compatible with induction cooking equipment, and the bottom is clad with aluminum to improve heat transfer. Without a cover, employees can monitor food while it cooks inside the pot.
