Vollrath 40757 Description
The Vollrath 40757 20-qt. planetary mixer is sturdy and reliable. Its belt drive has three speed levels, providing consistent results, and it only operates if the safety guard is in position to prevent operator injury. Mix cycles are controlled by a 30-minute timer, and mixing automatically stops when time runs out. A built-in safety switch temporarily cuts off the power if the gear is changed to prevent overheating and motor damage. The unit’s half-horsepower motor works well for mid-range baking operations, and its stainless steel bowl resists rust and scratches.
